For the first time, the Yoga Retreat for Women of Color® comes to the Art of Living
Retreat Center in Boone, NC. We bring the practices of balance, harmony, joy,
consciousness, and peace. Together we will open to spirit, explore soulful living, and
lift our energy to seek our best lives.
Our weekend will include yoga, the art of breathing, relaxation, and sisterhood. Join
us for dance and movement; bear witness and listen to the stories of women just like
you.
